Possibly the most important step of our rug cleaning process is by using a vibrating brush, we will dislodge any built in dust and grit from the pile of your rug. This is same as old fashioned way of beating a rug but gentler.
Then the crucial submerged wash stage, where most rugs immersed in water and cleaned using Ph natural, specialist rug cleaning shampoos. Immersion wash is the best method of cleaning rugs and we are confident that you will love the results.

Your rug then will be rinsed, excess water extracted in and left to dry naturally.
Only after your rug  is completely dry it will be dusted again to remove any remaining grit thats been loosened as a result of the rug cleaning process.
Finally your rug will be groomed and inspected prior to delivery.
